Ok seems like i have a problem. I added 2 more t5's into my tank so from 6 to 8 t5s and all of a sudden i started to get more red algae. I had some rocks from before that had red parts on them. But now it looks like it is spreading to other rocks. I am unsure if it is cyno since it is like a slime but my sand is clean. my tank levels are all good so i don't understand

red slime = high phosphates. green slime = high nitrates. if you are getting a low reading on phos try a diferent test kit and when that tells you that its high you could look into a phos reactor. good luck
