this is how i do it but super sized! in equivilent to human food... i make a 5 peice at white castle. you my friend made a crave case. touche! haha

Yes. It lasted lasted us almost two years. The look and smelled as fresh as when we froze them. No drying out or discoloration. Plus the fish did not complain.
