ok ,,so i got the lights today from FEDEX ,and guess what ,they didnt fail to break the unit ,What thehell is up with them ,UPS and the rest of the football players they got working for them .I mean the package states GLASS Fixture .Fragile ,and packed really well ,but yet they still manage to break the unit . Now im delayed to order corals ,Phewwwww,,,im sick of this there has to be a better way to ship things and get them the same way the comp or person sent them , :grumpy:

I cant count the amount of times stuff arrives broken due to mishandling at sorting facilities etc. It really sucks man! The only way around that is white glove service. They bring it, unpack it, set it where you want and clean up. But that will cost more than the lights themselves.

So for now we have to live with broken stuff and insurance claims!

The best place that ever shipped lights to me was ReefGeek.com. They wrapped them in bubble wrap and placed them inside a pvc tube. UPS messed up the box but the bulbs where still ok and no breakage, and these where T-5 bulbs.
