heres is my next led sump light let me know what you guys think of this one as compared to my last one..my next project will be my new led lights for my 180 :)

I'm actually more curious regarding the use of the cover. How much more light is blocked off by it, rather than by just sanding down the tips of the leds to diffuse the light.

there is no cover on the leds it just looks that way in picture
the leds are 20,000 mcd white 12 volts 20 milliamps a piece so just over 1 amp for all 55 leds
and it is cut out under the fan and if you look close enough on either side of the fan there are nuts that can be used for hanging the light
