From all Ive read its hit and miss at best when you try to get an animal to control these guys. I have gotten both a yellow wrase and a manderin NO LUCK!! I will be waiting to hear your feed back.

Flat worm exit is the best course of action providing you remove as much of them as you can before starting the treatment.The best way to remove them is with a piece of rigid tubing attached to the intake of a diatom Filter. you can vacuum them up continuously. Otherwise a piece of rigid tubing attached to vinyl tubing during water change,will work also. The flat worm exit works very well and is safe on Corals,Clams and fish,providing you remove as many as the flatworms as possible. It is the death of the flatworms that can cause the problem. I have had complete success with the Flatworm exit using the above method. Good Luck
