ok ,,Lets hear the dumbest reef keeper story you got ,
exsample,,,,my brother one day calls me up and tells me all his fish went belly up.I asked did you check you water ,nitrates ,so on ,,oh yes ronen i did ,its all good ,no signs of nada he says ..ok ,i go over there like agood bother ,and guess what ,nitrates are sky rocket .did you change water i asked ,no not in 3 months .. :banghead:


last week my sisterinlaw ,call me up and my brother who is in FL ,,can you go over my house and see what my wife did to the tank ,i ask oh boy what now ,,she tok off the overflow U tube ,why i ask ,she said it was making noise.I said you need to get out of the hobby ,she said water was on the floor ,so simple enuf to say ,my bro is in FL .His wife careless about the tank ,(she has 2 kids at home)so the tank is left to work till it breaks . :banghead:

I was selling a customer a complete set up for his kitchen. Give him a fluval, told him not to open it unless the valve was closed. I repeat myself 5times. A week later he calls bitching that I sold him faulty equipment and that I have to pay all the bills for the clean up. He claims his fluval opened and drained all the tank water onto his floor. He assures me he didnt touch it. I go over his house and the fluval was working fine. He opened it up and didnt put it back on and make sure it was sealed before he plugged it back in and then left the house. I finally admitted to touching it.

second client. asked how to clean the tank, i said never use windex or cleaning products on the tank cause if it gets into the water it will kill everything. All her fish died a week later. EVerything she put in was dead a day later after that. So i asked , did u use anything? she said no. Go to her house and she's got a huge mirror above the tank and cleans it w/ windex once a week. Sprays it right onto the mirror and the mist would fall into the tank.
