Lighting Problem?

Has anyone ever used a 400Watt Blueline E Ballast with an Aquaconnect 400Watt SE Metal Halide Lamp? Both are brand new and it's not working, the bulb was tested and it worked on another ballast. I'm not sure if it's a compatability issue or if the ballast is broke, and I don't have another bulb to try it out with. I called the company who makes the ballast and they say they never had a problem with that bulb, and I emailed Aquaconnect and i'm waiting for a response. Just checking to see if anyone ever experienced this firsthand.

Can you send the ballast to Blueline for repair?
If they say it does and it don't, and works with another ballast....
I have fired that bulb with Icecap...but any eballast should be able to fire it...

It was the ballast, I got a different one and it works fine. Once again thanks for a great bulb.

Same thing a Blueline E ballast, just one that works.
