Need Fish trap ASAP

I need to QT my pajama cardinal and there is no way I can catch him with a net so I need a really quick and easy DIY fish trap. I saw the DIY fish trap in the DIY section and I can't make it because I don't fishing line or string so I need another idea. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really want to QT this fish ASAP.

I caught him! He pretty much just walked right into the net. I am so happy. He's in the QT being medicated right now.
