its been a very long time since i cleaned my asm skimmer so today took the wole thing apart and cleaned the hell out of it.got it up and running again but it is not giving me any foam.the water level is the same all adjustment are the same but no foam.does it have to break in again?

did ya re-connect the air line ? blow in it also to see if ya get some bubbles

a pic of how the skimmer looks at the moment will help...
is the pump pulling air?
if it is...then your gonna go through a break in perioid again because you cleaned all the slime buildup inside the skimmer body...plus your hands might have some type of residue that effected the skimmers performance for a while...

2nd that...If you cleaned it to well.....it will need to get broken in again. Give it a little time...If that doesnt work we need a little more info to work with...good luck
