anyone using finnex 300w deluxe titanium heater and electronic 0800 controller what the review on this?

this one my temp on my pinpoint is 73.4 controller is set on 92deg and the red lite is off

Vir, the controllers have fuses in case there is a surge - if so, replace ASAP - if not, send it back to finnex - they have a great replacement policy - shoot me a PM if you have any questions.

I used 2 Finnex 500W and one 800W heaters with the same 800 controller as you have. All of them were out of order with the usage of one winter.

One fuse was burned, two heaters were not working, but the red lights were still on, I thought the heaters were on, actually they were not. I set the controller temperature at 75F, it was dropped to 69F when I caught the problem.

The supplier told me that they were aware the problem, and the above old controller has already been replaced by a new model. They repaired my old controllers with a charge because my controller was 30 days over their 6 month warranty.

I also have problems with other brands such as Won Brothers, the temp went up to 90F while I set on 75F.

The supplier acknowleded that sometimes the red light of the old controller will remain on when the heater is not on or out of order.
