aquasafe canada RO/DI help please

This system wont stop giving me problems... anyways, I finally got it working with a new membrane and resin at the end of last year. I had my TDS meter reading 0 for a while until it started creeping up. I noticed that the resin was turning from blue to yellow so I replaced it with new resin. But I have not been able to get back to a reading of 0. It stays at 5ish even though the resin is still half blue.

I have yet to flush the membrane. I wonder if this could be a problem. In fact for the life of me I cant figure out how to do that. Here is a pic.

The red line in the back is the feed line with tap water coming in to the 3 big prefilters. There is a valve there, in off. The only other 'valve' I have is on the yellow line which is supposed to be the waste water which goes back into the drain. It is a valve that is supposed to generate back pressure to force water through the membrane, according to them.

Over the sink I have a faucet with the clean water coming out

? for you where are the other 2 filters ? i have the same unit but looks like ya got it hooked up completely different then mine

other filters? this what i have:

red line coming in with tap water to the 3 prefilters

white coming out of the prefilters and going to the RO membrane on top

on the opposit side 2 lines come out, 1 is yellow which is waste and blue goes to the resin

althoughi have no idea how the waste water knows to go to the yellow and the clean water to the blue. They are both on the side the water comes out...

woops... i think i was on flush mode the whole time!

so now i have a question: if you were on flush mode what would come out of the faucet? would it have a higher tds reading or should it be the same?
