Trying to add pics

I've done this many time but for some reason I might be doing something wrong I am trying to upload some pics and when I add them it only goes as attachment. I like to have the pics show up on the thread ,, Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong..I resized them click the paper clip icon add to upload then it comes out as attachment..

umm add them through manage file

If they are too large then you can't upload them. Make them smaller using a photo editor like irfanview (free) and you should have no problems.

I did that It resized them small ,it uploads np but only as an attachment..

They are .bmp's try saving them as .jpeg files see if that works
