I'm hopeful. Here's a pic from today, 24 hrs later. The good signs are her mouth is nice and tight, and she's clearly got herself all the way down in the sand with her foot on the bottom of the tank. The iffy part is she's very tightly closed at this point. I don't think the little bit of black gunk floating around there is really of any concern.

He looks better now than he did in that last pic. I think he's happy. Er, MUCH happier than my other one was after 24 hours.

Ugh, invertebrates are so hard to care for.

Ignore the color here, but you can see his shape is really good now (like when I first put him in). Good signs.

And for fun a picture of the fish you gave me

I know about the zoas. Sucks too because they are really wild colors. So far they seem to be ok though. Who knows... maybe the far side will start to spread away from him, so even if the near side gets zapped it will be ok.

Just an update a month later. It is now quadruple the size it was when I got it... uh, I wish feeding him wasn't such an awesome thing to watch :)

Check out the size of the zoas in the first pic I posted in comparison, and then look at how my anemone compares to them now...
