I think ATI bulbs have a higher PAR rating. You can get them at www.reefgeek.com. There's a humongous thread on RC about t5ho lighting for reefs in the Lighting... forum. http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1580726

Lighting is truly a very personal choice. What one person see's as too blue, too yellow, doesn't bring out the reds, not enough growth, etc. someone else see's as being just right.
The D & D Geisemann AquaBlue+ are a great 11k crisp white bulb.
The same D & D Actinic+ offers a very nice actinic pop.
The UVL Super Actinic is another great actinic bulb.
Mixing and matching these bulbs can and will produce some nice combinations. Remember, no matter what bulbs you use, I'd be willing to bet that when it's time to change the bulbs you'll get something different, just to try something else. So nothing is permanent. Don't stress over the selection.
