i have heard good things about it just bought some but have not used it yet

I've been loading my fish food with it for 2 years. I've read that it can kill the foam in your skimmer. My nano remora doesn''t seem affected by it. My fish looks happy.

When I was more of a noob, I used to spot feed zoas it with a small seringe. No negative effects

Nasone, Selcon is highly recommended and it does not need to be refrigerated. I guess you can do so if you so desire. I have never refrigerated it. I does Selcon, vitachem and garlic extreme in the frozen foods I feed all my tanks for about 2years now. Do let it sit a little so that it is absorbed.

Wow, I did a little research, and your right. Don't refrigerate.

I've always done this, since my room mate (who got me into the hobby) used to do it too. I could have sworn it said to on the package. But my current bottle does not.

Selcon is an excellent product......I recomend it highly...I also use a garlic extract as well...
