Nice People... Oceanpro Aquatics... FYI

I have been dealing with these guys for live rock and they are just incredibly nice. Always talking to you, never rushing you for how many pounds you want. They explain things carefully, and Mike the owner actually chatted with me for 20 mins about his livestock.

Maybe I can set up a group buy if anyone is interested.

...no kidding, amazing huh... if they put as much time in their stock like they do to their site and custoMer service, then they will be big.

trY caLLing them, ask for Adrian, she is very nice and will even tell you to waiT for new rocks to arrive rather than seLL you leftovers... :yo:

UPDATE
I got my rocks 20 mins ago and all I can say it WOW! I ordered 5lbs of each kind of rocks, and asked them to label it so I know which ones I would like. They did! Sealed it and labeled each bag. I liked the Buna and Fiji. Their rocks look identical to the ones on their site or better! See pic...

Hmmm... I shop a lot, and I would say that the customer service outweighed the cost... theY were just reaLLy nice... and in ANY industry, customer satisfaction is key for repeat and referred business

Deep is a perfect example of customer service... even though he doesn't give me discounts and that fish of his :tongue1: he is an awesome 'vendor' coz he knows how to taLk to his clients... not to mention hiS bird :bigeyes2: {sqwaaaK}
