high ph

my ph is 8.5 during the day and8.3 during night, is this too high?
i set up my tank with kalk reactor and calcium reactor.

My is 8.6 day and 8.5 night. Also dripping kalk.

The acceptable pH range for marine tanks is 8.0 to 8.5, according to Randy Holmes Farley & Eric Bornemen, so I wouldn't sweat it. But if really bothers you to be on the high end, turn down the kalk reactor output. Kalk has the greatest pH raising effect of all the possible calcium supplements.
