not sure about the pump, figure out the height of the tanks and the amount of elbows first.

also I highly suggest not using an overflow on the seventy five.
it would be well worth the money ($25 maybe) to get that drilled for a side overflow, or make an external glass overflow. In my years of tank keeping every over the side overflow I've ever had has caused a flood. when the power shuts off and for some reason the suction is lost then your screwed. Invariably something will happen and you will have a flood. even a simple bulkhead in the side of the tank is 100 times better than a box with a U tube which depends on keeping it's prime in order to work.

agree with JH - define the height of your tank, amount of run and bend and then define pump, either way, make sure it is pressure rated - you'll get better flow -

Also agree if you can eliminate the overflow box, do so. I have had many, they work well, but eventually fail you.

I've never done it, I know BC used to but he's on tour now. I think there are some lfs's that will do it, but I don't know which ones. also I believe there are some other members with the glass holes saws, or if you have the cohones you can try drilling it with a dremel and the right bit.

throw up a post asking who drills tanks.

Inky, there's a local glass/acrylic shop by my house, they drill fish tanks, I'll stop by there tomorrow and find out pricing for you.

1st make sure you know how far the tank are going to be ,
2cd,make sure you know where the sump is gong to be ,
3rd ,,make sure you know how the adjust the pressure from each side evenly .,
4th ,,ASK RONEN TO HELP YA DAM IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL
