last nite i was taking the collection cup off my bermuda and the cup part detached from the base must not of used enough adhesive or whatever they use.What a mess all back into my sump and tank.Well i figured what the h..l and i called bermuda now to let you know this skimmer is about 2yrs old no warranty left,well i ended up getting a recording and before i could finish a call was coming through it was the owner.Now remember i didnt even hang up from recording.Upon dicussing the problem with him he said they must not used enough bonding compound. so to make this story short they sent me a new one just paying over nite shipping.I think that was pretty cool.
