Any good stores near Main Street?

I'm making a trip out to Main St - I believe the Flushing area - and was wondering if there were any LFS worth checking out while I'm there.

when ur on main street drive down kissena blvd going towards the lie. theres an aquarium there its a blue sign its actually in a basement.

ask for SAM hes the owner tell him fat boy eddie sent ya. he will give ya great prices.

if not u can also try northern blvd aquarium basically on the corner of northern and main st. 1 block over its called prince st

or u can take a 15 min ride over to fish town usa on francis lewis and northern...

dont go to fishtown, take a ride on Northern to the GCP to Steinway and see the WONDERFUL WORLD OF FISH

Umm pretty much everywhere in Flushing has dim sum.

Family dinner is my reason for going there. I'm trying to treat myself too.

Tropical Island Pets, 41 84 Main Street, Flushing, NY 718 539-7413. Stop going there many years ago after I purchase a tank and had two holes drill for bulkhead. They did a poor job drilling the holes and gave me a hard time. Just giving you information so you can decide. As "NMININNI" STATES, Wonderful World of Fish in Astoria, NY is a great LFS.

Tropical Island Pet closed down last year. It's now a HUGE grocery store. The owner consolidated the stores to just the Northern Blvd one. And if you like animals for the love of god do not go to the basement to see their puppies. Or just call the ASPCA on them again.
