Ph probes

Just curious. Is there any difference in quality and expectant life of generic ph probe versus a name brand Pinpoint probe? Anyone know?

My guess will be all depends how one takes care of the probe as far as cleaning and calibration is concerned, not the brand. For all I know it maybe made by same mfr with different labels?
