Red turf algae troubles

Can anybody here give me how to beat red turf algae break out?? It all started off of 1 LR and now I see few filaments in almost all my other rocks, and I can't scrub them off. I'm guessing tuxedo urchin? Thanks

is it the soft, velvety kind that flows with the current or is it the wirey kind that is kind of hard and stiff?

It looks just like thick hair filaments, so they do move with current, but they are very tought to scrape off. Its not like those cyanobacteria where you could scrape it off easily. I think it looks like link below

None of those actually match the picture or description he gave.

Try a mexican turbo or perhaps or "red" emerald crab.
