Vortech MP40W Blinking Red/Green

I disconnected my Vortech yesterday to put on another tank and when I went to plug it in, all the colors were flashing and then it was stuck on red and green; it basically stopped working. Has any Vortech user here encountered such problem? Thanks!

Stall Condition
In the event of a motor stall, the pump may
have stopped for a few possible reasons. You
should first check that there is not something
blocking the propeller from spinning. Next,
check to make sure the magnets are not
rubbing on either the pin spacer or the frame
cover.

This happened to me not to long ago and I had to send the pump in for service.

Yep I am getting the same situation have to send it in for repair.

i just realigned it and made sure it wasn't stuck.
and then it worked fine. keep playin around with it.

Issue resolved....The back piece of the wet end was still stuck to the other tank....I attached it and all is running well:tongue1:.
