Return Pump Suggestion

Just want to get input on what kind of internal pump I should consider for my new setup. I have a 1" drain, and two 3/4" returns which are going to a tee, check valve, and then pump. What do you guys think?

The tank is gonna be a 46 gallon bowfront.

eheim and like house said ditch the check valves just plumb it correctly

why ditch the check valve? How will the water stop draining to the sump when/if the pump is off? I have a mag7 now on my 30 gallon tank, and I'm not so sure that it would deliver on two 3/4" returns, as the pressure on just one 5/8" return is not that much..... This is how I have it set up now on my 30 gallon, the return is over the back.

have one of the returns at the the waters surface or put a small hole where the return touches the water

if you want to use a stronger pump then your going to need a larger overflow or use the 1" and one of the 3/4" as overflows and the other 3/4" for a return
