T5 Lighting on EBAY???

Has any one ever purchased T5 lighting on Ebay?? I seen a 48" T5 with 4 bulbs (216watts) and moon lights for $129. I just wondering if this is a wise purchase?

Sounds Good...read all the reviews by the buyers ...gives a good hint on what the seller,s rating is...also use pat pal...if not sattisfied its your best bet to get your money back.
