Losing the battle with Dino Flagellates. So thinking about ridding of all the rock and starting over with Base rock or new rock.I'm trying to pinpoint the Problem and it's coming back even with the Carbon and the Phosban and the Limewater.Corals are doing fine, the rock is so unsightly.I hate it!Suggestions?

The worst case scenario is tearing it down, and starting over - but if the situation is that bad, I would consider it.

I would buy Marco Rocks, and let it cycle for 2 months (use RO/DI and GFO as you cycle). Patience is key there. Don't buy live rocks because they will carry all these goodies that you probably don't want.
