Where did my fire shrimp go?

When I got home today I noticed that my fire shrimp has gone missing. I checked everywhere. The only thing that I found was his shell (at least I think its his shell). He must have molted because there is a big hole in the top of it. I checked my sump, I tried putting some brine shrimp in the tank and nothing. He was perfectly fine yesterday and was eating. Where could he have gone?

He is probably still in there hanging upside down under a rock or something. I have had one for a little under a year and I have seen him about 10 times

Well usually he is under this one rock and I can see his antennae and now I can't see him anywhere.
