Light Acclimation

Replacing my 14K Iwasaki DE MH with a 14K Phoenix, the phoenix burns a lot bluer than the iwasaki on my ballast, should i acclimate my tank to the new light and if so how long?

yes u probably should

i would start slow and increase each day until u reach the desire time

How about a little more detail about your old light? More specifically, what times did you turn the lights on and off?

I don't think the acclimation process will be all that difficult, but we'll recommend a routine that will gently work the new bulb into your daily routine, effortlessly.
