How do you acclimate?

Hey just wondering how everyone else on the boards acclimates their new inhabitants. For inverts like snails and crabs I usually do the bag floating method for 1 hour. For corals I do the float method for 30 mins and for fish and more sensitive inverts like shrimp I drip acclimate for 2 hours.

I temp acclimate by floating bag, for 30-45 mins...I dont do anything else.
I do dip some corals to kill/remove any hitchhikers

Really? Even for fish? that seems a little short to me.

i just put the fish/coral/inverts in to a bowl and i take a stadium cup of tank water and i poor some in every couple of minutes. i do about 3 cups over an hour or so. it has worked great (knock on wood)
