is it possible to take my PC's apart 2 make it into a "Retro style" to put it on my canopy?

Sure, all a retro kit is a ballast, wiring from the ballast to the bulb endcaps, endcaps, reflector, switch if you desire and your bulbs. So if you dismantle your PC fixture and gut it out, you have all your components. You might need or want to extend the wires if your going to remotely place your ballast and you might need to replace or add an additional reflector if you have a dual bulb setup and want to separate the bulbs and mount lenght wise versus a parallel configuration.
