I understand but you were asking for screw on, so it sounds like you were looking for single ended bulbs ...

In either case ... check some of the vendors here or hellolights.com (they have good prices) HQI Phoenix 14K are pretty standard ... if the single ended they are brand new to the market and more $$$

As Randy and David have said, Phoenix does not manufacture 150w SE bulbs. They just recently released SE bulbs in the 250w and 175w wattages.
