So I am starting to worry about the amount of bubble algae that has been growing in my tank and I want to stop it before it gets out of control. I bought 2 emerald crabs, which have not really been helping much and I have been doing water changes every week and sucking out as much as I can and it is still coming back faster than I can suck it out. What more can I do to stop this from growing? I have a fuge filled with chaeto and other life and my nitrates are at 0.

Siphon them out or try to carefully scrape them off. Some bubble algae can grow in low nutrient systems, so it's not always nitrates. Try increasing fow as well.
