how long do you plan to take for the tank swap....
if its not more than a week then get a large rubbermaid with some powerheads and a heater...throw a fixture on top if you like... treat the bin like another tank...just cant look through it..

I don't think dipping will kill dinoflagellates. Only way to be sure that there aren't any on the frags is to quarantine them before you place them into your own tank. If you accidentally bring it into your own tank, good luck getting rid of it.

Mray has a point are any corals attached to live rock? dinoflagellates exist in many corals, they also exist in many Tridacna Clams, anemones, and some sponges. They are never a problem if they are existing in a symbiotic relationship. However, they are a HUGE problem if you have a lot of them existing in a free-living form. So QTing the corals might need to be done
