Does any know how to use baking soda to raise alk and lower ph?

pour it in i use tons of it when i rise the alk in my ponds dont know if it safe to use in saltwater?

Do not just pour it in please.

Plain baking soda raises alk and lowers pH. Baked baking soda (soda ash) raises alk and raises pH.

What size tank do you have? What are your parameters? There's more to raising alk/ph than just adding baking soda.

Thanks guys i'm gathering info.on ph/alk because i'v been struggling with my alk and ph.I'v been getting help from M.R. members,then someone mentioned baking soda.I know it's a little complicated i have a 90 gal tank.I have a thread on ph/alk with the water parameters please check it out thanks.
