there is a store in chinatown that carries them in manhattan. Home depot does not carry them.

canal plastic will also have half sheet, even scraps if you only want a frag rack.

One other option...buy white eggcrate and paint it black. The Krylon Fusion paint (for plastic) is totally reef safe after it dries
