looks like some kind of hair algae to me..turbo snails, water changes, phosphate removers, less light, less feeding.. should do the trick.

never buy an animal to ge rid of algea. once the GHA is gone, the animal will starve and die.

GHA means your tank is new (it will go away by itself) or you need to:

im with Mray and onces its gone you can always pass the seahare in to another member. you can also remove it like dre said with ur hands... but it wont get it all out.

Make sure your water parameters are in check and it will go away on it's own.
