hey there,
so this is red fuzzy algae on rocks. definitely no cyano. its impossible to scrape off.

my tank:
90G reef with refugium + ATI powermodule 8bulbs new bulbs
2 vortechs

phosphates 0 with a hanna meter
nitrates 0

i did use some interceptor to kill red bugs and lost quite a bit of hermits...
and i dont have many snails other than the margarita type
i have 2 tangs that dont touch the stuff

so which inverts should i get to get rid of this fuzzy red algae?

it looks kind of like this:

I get the red hair algae on the outflows of my skimmer and aquaclear....none in the tank itself, probably because the yellow tang would eat any that appears. It seems that red hair algae is much more edible (and much less invasive) than green hair algae.
