Petco Brain Coral Find

Every once in a while the Petco in Union Square gets some nice corals in. Check out this brain coral find. It has a myriad of subtle colors that the photo doesn't show off: reds, orange, greens and blues.

A good deal at $60

Oh bought it. It had been sitting there for 2 weeks, so I figured I would take advantage.

Getting things from their coral tank or fish, crabs, snails from the tank next to it are much more reliable than their fish tanks. Their fish tanks are pretty depressing looking.

Re.Petco Union Sq

Bought this Maxima on Monday for 39.99 and it was sitting there under PC lighting.The only thing that looked decent there.I actually felt bad for it and needed to save it.

Missed labeled it.I kind of thought it was a Derasa but they don't know.I was looking for one anyways.

Petco has a nice chalice for $65. Blue with some green highlights. However their coral tank now has a huge flat worm outbreak. Beware:

Just a matter of dipping it before placing it in the tank and when did you see this Chalice?

don't let flatworms stop you from buying corals. they are one of the easiest pests to remove.
wow..that pic of the chalice....everything in that tank is bleached to hell.

The chalice was there Friday. And it hasnt been in the tank long so get it before it starts to bleach.
