mix salt stays cloudy with residue ?

ok ive used 3\4 of bucket oceanic salt with no mix problem, now i am trying to make up water for change and water is staying a little cloudy and leaving a white chalky residue. hate to use and end up being a problem, but doesnt make sense why it is doing it now , so what do you think ?

ive been using the same bucket with no problems but i am towards the end, correction same bag i put it into a bucket to store

mine does that and its a brand new bucket, no problems so far.....

oceanic also ? think i am going to test levels of it, got a feeling because of all the moisture in air and where salt clumped it might have strenghtened certain things or is causing a presipitation of salt, makes no sense why 3/4 of bucket didnt do this

i bought 3 50g bags of marine environment a while back and had this happen to me also... i was told to check my rodi membrane.. the unit is a year old and 0 TDS after the DI resin so i just left it and im almost done with the 3rd bag havent had any problems except my dkh being a bit lower than normal.. i just syphon the water from the top because after a while it all settles on the bottom/side and the water is clear.. i still have no clue what causes this or what it is exactly..

how do you like oceanic?? how are the levels on it? ive been thinking about switching salt from reef crystals, which also leaves residue in the mixing bucket btw....
