Sleeper goby Dying.. Need help fast...

Hey guys.. I just came home tonight to find my sleeper goby breathing very heavy and to be a lot darker in color.. He's clearly having a hard time breathing and is barely moving around.. I think he's not going to make it.. Being that I can probably catch him, is there anything I can do to help him live? I was thinking maybe a freshwater dip, maybe he has some sort of internal parasite or something and that may help? I don't see any signs externally... Will a fresh water dip stress him to the point of death? Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated...

And I know someone is going to ask so here are the parameters..

Salinity: 1.024 (my water evaporates quickly in the summer so I keep it here so it doesn't go too far past 1.026 with the evaporation as I do manual top-offs)
PH: 8.2
Nitrates: 0 (or undetectable in my API test kit)
Nitrites: 0
Amonia: 0
Calcium: 400
K/H: 9
Phosphates: .25
Temperature: 79.7

Only thing I did different today was topped off with some RODI water that was mixed with PH buffer. I also added a couple of caps of the two part B-Ionic and a small cap of essential elements.

No one with any ideas? =(

Sup dude. Honestly... I wouldn't do anything because it will stress him out more. Are you sure he's not just sleeping?

Just see what happens all you can do is watch

Aznt, yeah I'm pretty sure man... You can always tell when a fish is on its way out (in my time doing this hobby I've had two fish die on me).. It would honestly break my little heart to see him go.. He was one of my first fish and kind of my favorite...

pH swing would do it. The entire day not suppose to have more than 0.2 pH swing. Maybe the water you were adding in had a big pH different from your tanks?

I doubt it Wesley.. I used the PH buffer in the RODI water and adding the water is something I do about twice a week.. Thank you for the input tho...
