The time on my AC Jr keeps falling behind. After a couple of weeks it'll be about 30 minutes slow. I figure it's the leap second setting that I have to adjust. Does anyone know what that setting should be set to?

+1. I am constantly adding leap seconds to keep up. Also, several of the outlets on my DC8 have stopped working in AUTO mode, only ON and OFF still work. Any suggestions?

i always had the problem with the leap seconds. i use to just wait till time was about 30 min off then set the tank time.

i just did a google search it seems this problem is common. they have clearer instructions of how to do the leap second thing

big fan disconnect the phone cable and unplug the dc8 wait ten seconds and replug and connect if that dosent reset it then the dc8 is bad.

i had a problem with my temp probe too....but it has been resolved by leaving it alone..i havent noticed the time though cause everything has been clock work..

The problem should not be at the DCB if you can manually turn it on or off. Most likly a controller or programing issue.
