hey guys i just bought a corn anemone....i acclimated it and introduced him to the tank...i tried puttin him on to a rock but it wont attach iteself to it.. also my clown seems really really happy to see an anemone...its caressing it with his mouth and looks kinda cool..right now i put the anemone on the floor with a piece of rock next to it...what should i do? Thanks respondes asap please!!!

Just let it attach naturally to a rock. They tend to wander around until they find a place to their liking. Be careful of powerhead, because they can get sucked in and most are lost this way.

cant even move it...the clowns gonna play with it until he cant find it anymore

Maroon clowns are often rough on small or newly introduced anemone.

Do you have a full tank shoot? When is it set up? Any LR?

Come on, your not lazy:) You just took pics of the anemone, didn't you?

I can't see any LR in your above and previous pics. Need to make sure your tank is suitable to keep anemone. :D

only for you romain...lol...i found somewhat of a solution...put a net around the anemomne so the clown will stop buggin it therefore allowing it to settle!!!

hmm i noticed that when i threw him in the bucket he sucked onto the bottom really fast...think next time you can but a piece of rock on the bottom...let them attach to that and put it in your tank? would that be a lot easier?

Thanks dude... Nice rockwork. It needs more color thou.:)

Leave the anemone alone and try not to stress it further. It should attach soon.
