Is this Bryopsis?

I have patches of this stuff all over my tonga branch and I'm having a hard time getting rid of it.
I added a foxface a few days ago and he seems to be eating up some of it.

What level do you raise the MG up to for treatment.....and for how long?

Those do look like Bryopsis. Regular green algae are much softer, try pulling some out, if its hard, most likely its bryopsis.

The dreaded DEVIL WEED (bryopsis). If I'm not mistaken I think I also see bubble algae on the frag as well on the bottom right. Thats another problem in itself. Good luck. I had both.
Raising mag helps as do lettuce nudis. The lettuce nudis usually don't last long because they either get chopped up by koralias or get eaten by acans if you have any of those two. As for the bubble algae don't pop them in the tank. Remove the rock from tank if possible and carefully dislodge them
