Once again Hello to everyone. The question today is I have A 75gal using two MH at 250 watts hanging from the ceiling will like to know how far it should be over the tank.:shhh:

We need a little more info.

How deep is the tank?

How much light spillage are you willing to live with?

What do you intend on keeping in the tank?

Are the MH's DE or SE? And what reflector are they in?

the MH has glass shield I have all types of corals in there now with tangs,damsels,anthias,shrimps and so on the tank is covered by mesh it is a 75gal long.sorry its DE.

what is the depth??? if over 24 inches, no more than 4-6 inches reducing light spilling out and loss of light to the corals lower in the aquarium.
