tb aquatic 3 part

want to know if anyone uses the reef smart that tb aquatics carries,also another question if you do, do you or did you have a problem with the magnesium mixing up and if you did how did you resolve the problem.I bought the 3 part but im having problems with the magnesium desolving i have about 1/2"to 3/4" of solution that has not mixed,ive done all i can is this normal and should i just shake it before using,its real cloudy and that worries me using it.Any other bulk 3 part normally just about most desolves this seems a little much to me.
