I have a 12 gallon cadlights set up with T5 bulbs. (no ballast unless its built in?) When I first got it, it seemed to be sufficient, even had some SPS growth and a blue maxima in there. However, I now notice that things are growing awfully slow but seem healthy. Anyone ever own a cadlights setup? Is the lighting sufficient? Everything in my tank is right but this is my only concern. There are 4 bulbs and they seem quite bright, but it may be hard to tell with the naked eye. Again everything seems to be doing ok but seems to be growing very slow. Am I just being impatient? Since the crash I had this summer the tank and its livestock have been in the tank for at most 2-3 months. The light bulbs have not been replaced yet but I've only had the tank up and running for about 1 1/2 years.
