lighting?

I have a 180 gal FOWLR with a few mushrooms and zoos....What would be the best type of lighting for my tank...I would like to add some other soft corals down the line.....any brands that are better than others..I have 3 36" all glass aquarium lights on now with regular bulbs....looking to get more color on my live rock too....thanks:iamwithst
