i have seen on the net some diy reactors made with phosban reactors. my question is how does a calcium reactor work? where does each little hose go and where does the water come in from? and what goes where? also if any one has a diagram on how to set it up. i want to build one for a 20gallon long with a 10 gallon sump. if any one knows how to build one in the nyc or nj area pm me...i use a 2 part dosing now but i dont want to 2 part this new tank

I hate to say this, but here goes, maybe you should imitate a calcium reactor for that size and then build it yourself. But I don't understand, why not just do a water change on a weekly basis or dose a calcium supplement ? that might be easier than building a reactor for that size tank. If you are still moving forward then take a look at the hang on back reactors that are sold at Myreefcreations.com , maybe that will give you an idea.
