how to Cycle my new tank fast without a spike

I am setting up my new tank and want to use all the rock i have in my old tank but dont want to put in the new tank until its fully cycled. I need to buy some more rock but don't know what is the minimum lbs to get my 220gal tank started without a full spike but maybe a mini spike. I need about 75 to 125 more. my old tank is a 75gal and also has lots of coral that I need to tranfer but want to be 100% sure no spike before I add them.

About 1.5 pounds for every gallon IMO.

1.5 - 2 lbs per gal is average. It also depends on what kind of rock you buy and what kind of structure you plan on building. More open structures will require less rock.
