Any info.on the Red Sea Max 66 Gallon ?

we recently installed one for a client. The whole setup is pretty good! The only cons ive noticed were that on the cabinet doors, even though you line up the screws and doors, it still alittle off. What i mean is that the door doesnt go into the backet properly. You kinda have to force it alittle to close flush. Another annoying thing I noticed is that the feed access hatch squeaks alot when you open it! Other than that, the install is pretty straight forward and its a pretty good unit for the price you pay.

I would imagine this is one of those flaws from something being mass produced. Have you installed more than one and found this to be the case on every single one? I wonder if this is a more isolated incident or the product on the whole.
